- Dr. Joselito L. Lolinco is a native of Tondo in Manila. He has been on the faculty of the Mariano Marcos State University, Main Campus, in Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, since 1974. Currently, he is the Dean of MMSU College of Arts and Science. Prior to this designation, he was Dean of the Graduate School. He is a recipient of numerous awards - locally, regionally and nationally including the most coveted Outstanding Teacher of the Philippines by the Metrobank Foundation. He has been actively involved in researches on oral history, education, culture and the arts.
